Exchange & Refund Policy
At Octopus (wearoctopus.com), we want you to love your purchase. Please read the policy below for guidance on exchanges and refunds.
1. Exchange Requests
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are not applicable to items purchased on sale or at a discounted price.
- Exchanges are accepted only for size issues and are subject to product availability.
3. Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please use a trackable courier service — you are responsible for your return shipment until it reaches us.
4. Color Variations
Minor color differences may occur due to lighting during photography or screen display settings. Exchanges will not be accepted for slight color variations.
5. Fabric & Shrinkage
Some fabrics may experience up to 7% natural shrinkage. Exchanges based on this natural variance will not be accepted.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are offered only for defective products.
- To request a refund, please return the defective item to our address. Once we receive and verify the defect, refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days.
